Settlement in a class action against Danel Adir Yehoshua Ltd

In accordance with the decision of the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court dated August 4, 2025, a settlement was approved in a motion to certify a class action against Danel Adir Yehoshua Ltd.

The arrangement applies to the following employees:

Any foreign worker employed as a caretaker by Danel as of April 20.2009, until April 20.2016.

 

In accordance with the arrangement, in summary:

 Employees who worked during the aforementioned period will be entitled to compensation equal to the multiplication of the vacation component that was paid in their current salary (not including the last salary) and holiday pay by 12.5% and will be entitled to compensation at the rate of 7% for the total vacation paid in the employee's pay slip during his employment (not including payment in the last month).

 

It should be noted that the above is only a summary, and the arrangement is conditional on additional conditions and is limited to the amount of compensation.

Any employee who wishes to apply for compensation in accordance with the aforementioned arrangement must do so on a form found at the following link ».

All the details in the form must be filled out and forwarded by e-mail to siudinfo@edanel.co.il or by registered mail to the address Abba Hillel 12, Ramat Gan, Ayalon Building, for Danel Adir Yehoshua Ltd, by February 5, 2026. Forms that are not filled out in full and/or are not submitted by the aforementioned date will not be processed, and the employee will lose their right to receive compensation according to the arrangement.
